A 16 year olds opinion
November 11th, 2008Even though Obama has one, we still are separated. I agree. i for one, am a obama supporter, not because he’s black, not because my parents tell me to, i am 16 years old, and i for one am not close minded like 90 percent of my school, we have two different sides, the black people-obama, and the white people-McCain, not ONE of them know anything about what They stand for, or what you want to do for our economy, our foreign policy, immigration, the gun policy, or our environment. It makes me disgusted and revolted how all of these kids are our future. But i for one am congratulating McCain for his effort, and his hard work, and like i said when i agree, we DO need to work together, not as whites, blacks, asians, hispanics, but as America, a nation together. Separation is what will destroy this nation. Ignorance, is what divides this nation, and close mindeness, is what makes this nation what it is now. If we all work together, it wont matter, we shouldnt hate each other, our neighbors, our family, our friends, because they support anyone else, trust me i see it too much. We should be one, and that, is why, we need change. I agree with McCain on a few terms, but obama has my majority vote, im not going to rub it in McCain’s face like most insecure people, because some don’t know a word about what they’re talking about. I am grateful for his run in the campaign, and i would hope, that every supporter, of any side, democratic, or replublic, can see that were not just two different sides, We’re America.
